The free trial lasts 7 days. A valid payment method may be collected during checkout. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe automatically charges USD $7.99 and the subscription continues monthly. The trial end and first billing date are displayed during checkout.
Email support@secpdf.xyz from the email address used for the subscription and include the words "Cancel subscription." Do not send payment-card details. We will normally process the request and send confirmation within two business days.
You may cancel during the trial or a paid period. To reliably prevent the next charge, send the request at least two business days before the next billing date. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid billing period, and you can continue using the Service until then.
After the applicable 7-day request window, subscription charges are generally non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time, except where required by law or expressly stated above. We may decline repeated or abusive refund requests to the extent permitted by law.
Email support@secpdf.xyz from the subscription email address. Include the charge date, amount, and a short explanation. Never include a full card number, security code, password, or banking credentials.
We normally review requests within two business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. After a refund is issued, your bank or card provider may take approximately 5–10 business days, and sometimes longer, to display the credit. Refunding a charge may end paid access associated with that charge.
SEC Filing PDF Generator is a digital software service. Access begins after activation, and each PDF is generated on demand from the SEC.gov filing selected by the user. There is no shipping and no physical product to return. Generated files are temporary and should be downloaded promptly.
If you do not recognize a charge or believe we made an error, contact us first so we can investigate and resolve it promptly. This does not limit any rights you have with your card issuer or under applicable law.
